Good use of mobile phone and security cameras
Picture this…
It’s lunchtime, you’re hungry. You head to the fridge in search of last night’s left-overs which you’ve been looking forward to all morning. Damn – they’re not there?!
Did your flatmate strike again, even though you’ve had “that” discussion about not eating each other’s food??
What would you do?
Of course, if you live alone, that scenario would tend you send you around the bend. Maybe enough so that you install security camera’s in your house.
That’s what one guy in Japan did when food was disappearing from his fridge. He had security cameras installed with images transmitted directly to his mobile phone.
So, what happened when motion was detected during the middle of the day? He called the police who found a homeless woman living in his cupboard – the culprit for the missing food…
The best part of the story?
She had been living there an entire year!
The story originates in Japan, but are we sure it’s not part of The Narnia Chronicles?
