Hi,
As a fan of Nokia phones for the last 14 years, the decision to go to an iPhone was not taken lightly. I got mine on Saturday, and I am in love! I am not very technically minded and don't use a Mac, but I am managing to figure things out as I go along.
I didn't like the fact that you get no instruction book or CD. I did have to call Optus tech support to ask why I wasn't connecting to the net (I got through really quickly) and they had a team dedicated to iPhone. I hadn't downloaded iTunes!I am definitely happy that I have made the switch and glad that I went with Optus who have given me a 16GB phone for $2 a month over 2 years on a $79 cap with $550 in calls and text and 500MB of download. ( my boss paid $319 for hers through Vodafone and is locked to a contract for 2 years!)
Got a great case from Funky Covers! Xrap Hard Shell- don't forget to peel off the protective coating!
