Unlike missing out on Big Day Out tickets, we didn’t miss out on the Sounds of Spring tickets for Saturday 11 October. 

A day in the sun, listening to music spread across four stages, browsing amongst the market stalls and eating great festival food. Yep. Sounds like spring to me!

Of course, there’s too many to list here. 

There’s a heap of great local bands, like The Gallant, who won the bands competition to open the festival.

Some of my trusty old favourites: Resin Dogs, The Herd, Cog, Grinspoon, Gyroscope.

Plus some I really like and have been busting to see: Muph & Plutonic, Kid Confucius and British India.

Woohoo – bring it on!!
