Creative has introduced a software program that helps resolves player problems easily.
Their MP3 Player Recovery Tool allows you to update the player to the latest available firmware easily – and gives your player a “clean bill of health”.
How to use
If the software supports your particular Creative MP3 player and you’re using Windows XP or Vista (more details online), you just download their software, back up your player and get on with it!
