Apple WWDC09
Apple: Hands on learning, product previews, software launches
- all the usual things that Apple developers and fans wait with bated breath for…
Apple has been confirmed this year’s Developers Conference (Apple WWDC09) will be held 8-12 June.
Over 1,000 Apple engineers will be at Moscone West to present the latest Apple technologies and provide you with code-level guidance. You’ll learn how to harness the power of iPhone OS, Mac OS X Snow Leopard, and Mac OS X Server Snow Leopard in the most efficient and sophisticated way possible — saving you time and accelerating your development.
Gossip & expectations for WWDC09
It is rumoured that iPhone OS 3.0 will be a highlight (currently in Beta) and possibly the next generation iPhone. Or as seems more customary, announcing the new iPhone to be released in July.
Equally talked about is what they might name it – iPhone HD (following rumours of it being HD)? continue with iPhone 3G, 3G iPhone (as in 3rd gen iPhone)? Check out some of these suggestions (compliments of The iPhone Blog).
But what other gems will Apple have up their sleeves for WWD09? The net is abuzz with rumours… Like,
- Apple improving their iPhone & iPod range cameras (it’d be about time) and adding video recording
- The return – or the departure – of CEO, Steve Jobs (contradictary rumours are the best)
- Mac OS X: Snow Leopard
With the Microsoft Zune HD being released, surely Apple would be close on the tails of that?
Guess it’s just wait and see.
Buying new iPods and iPhones
Once the dust has settled and Apple launches all / any new gadgets, you’ll be able to find out more about where to buy them:
- Where to buy Apple iPods online
- Where to buy Apple iPhone online
And keep your eyes pealed for a new range of iPod covers
