Six bright colours, six possible uses!
“Wearing new socks!”
So … I’m a Nokia N95, a chunky monkey. Not much usually fits me. Sigh
But, at long last I’ve found some great socks that fit. Not just a pair, a whole six pack of socks – and like I said, they’re colourful – and stretchy!
Here I am all tucked up safe and sound in my blue sock ->
I wonder if my new socks would have saved me from the recent, very unfortunate, ‘dropping in the beer’ episode?
NEW iPod Socks six packs
Socks for Mobiles, iPods, MP3s & more
The six pack of socks are universally sized to suit iPods (all except iPod shuffle), mobile phones & PDAs, MP3s/MP4s, slimline digital cameras – and heaps of other gadgets.
You can change colours with your mood, or another idea that’s always fun, “split a six pack with friends”.

Noisy commuters being told to mind their mobile manners
Sources: PerthNow and AMTA
Loudmouth mobile phone users on trains and buses in Western Australia will be targeted in a new campaign to tackle the growing annoyance”
Public transport commuters who are loud on mobile phones and MP3 players may face being kicked off trains & buses in WA.
Wouldn’t we all like to see this rolled out across the nation?
Survey: Top 3 public annoyances on transport
A survey was conducted – here’s the top 3.
- Loud mobile phone conversations
“An overwhelming 90 per cent said loud mobile phone conversations were the most annoying part of their journeys.”
- Noisy portable music players
” A number spoke passionately about … being forced to listen to … thumping bass music from earphones.”
- Ear-piercing polyphonic ringtones
Can I add keypad tones here? I’d like to ensure that’s on the list. Who the hell wants to listen to someone’s keypad tones, annoyingly “beep, beep, beeping” out their SMS’s.
Oh and game tones. As above…
Mind your Mobile Manners
The Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA) encourages individuals to use their mobile phones in a responsible manner and to be considerate and aware of situations where using their mobile phone might annoy others.”
Check out the AMTA’s Mind Your Mobile Manners guidelines.

Office days can be tedious. Sure, you could spend them working, but why not show your boss your flare for ingenuity, resourcefulness and problem-solving in a slightly different way.
“How?” you ask
By using available office stationery to make a versatile stand to watch videos at your desk on your mobile phone, iPod classic or iPod touch – whatever digital gadget floats your boat.

Now, the trick is in how you market the time and resources spent to your boss. Perhaps you should download one of his instructional marketing tutorials from YouTube (yawn).
Originally for the iPhone, but very easily adapted to suit whatever digital gadget you use…
Check out these posts for instructions for both:
